Perilla Aldehyde is a colorless or slightly yellowish oily transparent liquid. It has a cinnamaldehyde-like aroma and an oil peanut flavor. Boiling point 235~237 °C [1.0×105Pa(750mmHg)]. Soluble in ethanol, chloroform, benzene and petroleum ether, insoluble in water.
