1.  Product Overview

 
A colorless to pale yellow viscous liquid. Non-volatile. Non-corrosive. The molecular weight of general commodities is 400 to 2050. Polymers with lower molecular weights can dissolve in water. Higher molecular weight polymers are only slightly soluble in water but soluble in oils, many hydrocarbons, as well as aliphatic alcohols, ketones, esters, etc. The hydroxyl groups at both ends of a molecule can esterify to form monoesters or diesters. Its monoester is a nonionic surfactant and can also react with alcohols to form ethers. It is a solvent for vegetable oils, resins and paraffin, and is also used in the preparation of alkyd resins, emulsifiers, anti-emulsifiers, lubricating oils and plasticizers, etc. 

 

1.The PPG series is soluble in organic solvents. PPG200, 400, and 600 are soluble in water and possess lubricating, solubilizing, defoaming, and antistatic properties. PPG-200 can be used as a dispersant for pigments.

2.In cosmetics, PPG400 is used as an emollient, softener and lubricant.

3. It is used as an anti-foaming agent in coatings and hydraulic oil, an anti-foaming agent in the processing of synthetic rubber and latex, a refrigerant and coolant for heat transfer fluids, and a viscosity improver.

4. It can be used as an intermediate in esterification, etherification and polycondensation reactions.

5. It is used as a mold release agent, solubilizer, additive for synthetic oils, additive for water-soluble cutting fluids, roller oils and hydraulic oils, high-temperature lubricant, internal and external lubricant for rubber.

6. PPG-2000~8000 features excellent lubrication, anti-foaming, heat resistance and frost resistance properties.

7. PPG-3000 to 8000 are mainly used as components of combined polyether for the production of polyurethane foam plastics.

8. PPG-3000 to 8000 can be directly used or esterified for the production of plasticizers and lubricants.

9. This product can be used as a base material for daily chemicals, pharmaceuticals and oils.
