Our nickel-iron-chromium alloy pipes/tubes are engineered for high-temperature and corrosive environments in power generation (boilers, superheaters) and chemical processing (reactors, heat exchangers). These alloys combine oxidation resistance, creep strength, and carburization resistance , making them ideal for extreme operational conditions.
Excellent Oxidation & Carburization Resistance
Withstands temperatures up to 1100°C (2012°F) (800H/800HT optimized for creep resistance).
Resists sulfidation, chlorine, and reducing atmospheres .
High Mechanical Strength
800H/800HT : Higher carbon content (0.05-0.10%) for improved creep rupture strength.
800 : Standard grade for general-purpose applications.
