Features

GH3230 is a Ni-Cr based solid solution strengthened deformation superalloy with a temperature range of 700ºC-1050ºC. The alloy has high strength and resistance to thermal and cold fatigue, and the structure is stable. After the long-term aging of GH3230 superalloy at 800ºC*1000H, there is no TCP harmful phase precipitation.

Among similar products, the properties of the alloy are significantly improved compared with GH3536, and the oxidation resistance and creep properties of GH5188 alloy are comparable, while the microstructure stability, oxidation resistance and material cost of the alloy are significantly better than GH5188 alloy.
