In the continuous type, the workpiece is suspended on the chain hook and continuously passes through the shot blasting chamber at a uniform speed in a circular manner. After entering the cleaning chamber, the workpiece rotates on its own while advancing, and receives the cleaning process under the drive of the self-rotation mechanism.
Stepping type
In the stepping type, the workpieces are grouped by hanging on the hooks (generally 2 to 3 hooks per group, and the number of hook groups is determined according to the customer's working frequency requirements and the length of the entire cleaning line. The working sequence is loading - waiting - shot blasting (self-rotation) - waiting - unloading - waiting - loading and so on in a circular manner.
Conveyor type
In the conveyor type, the empty trolley is parked at a fixed position in the loading area to wait for loading. After loading is completed, the stopper automatically releases. The trolley runs to the front of the shot blasting chamber and enters the waiting state while a group of small carts in the shot blasting chamber are cleaning the workpieces. When the small carts in the chamber complete the shot blasting and leave the shot blasting chamber, the stopper in the waiting area automatically releases, and the trolley enters the shot blasting stage; at the same time, the next trolley is in the waiting state. When the workpiece of this trolley is cleaned, it automatically runs to the waiting area to wait for unloading. The work proceeds in a continuous and circular manner.
