Product Description

2,6-Dimethyl-5-heptenal is Pale yellow to yellow oily liquid with a strong fresh melon-like fragrance. Not very stable. Flash point is 62ºC. Boiling point is 116-124ºC (13.3kPa). Soluble in ethanol, propylene glycol and non-volatile oils, insoluble in glycerin and water.
