Trichloron, chemical name O, o-dimethyl -(2,2, 2-trichloro-1-hydroxyethyl) phosphonate, chemical formula C4H8Cl3O4P, is an organophosphorus insecticide, soluble in water and organic solvents, the nature is relatively stable, but in the case of alkali hydrolysis into dichlorfear, its toxicity increased by 10 times. The main toxicity was acute poisoning and the chronic poisoning was less.
