Our payment methods include T/T, PayPal, L /C , and Western Union, offering you flexibility and convenience . We re q uire a 30% deposit upfront, with the remaining 70% balance due before delivery, ensuring a smooth transaction process .
 

Our Pricing Strategy: The cost is determined based on both the height and quantity of the letters, ensuring transparency and   fairness.

1) For letters with a height and width of less than 100cm, pricing is calculated on the longest side, providing a straightforward
method.
Example : I f a letter measures 40*45cm, the cost is computed as 45cm multiplied by the unit price per cm, making it easy to   anticipate costs.
2) For letters exceeding one meter in height and width, pricing is based on the area, calculated by square meters, offering a  s calable solution.
Example :  For a le t ter measuring 130cm*140cm, the price is computed as 1.3*1.4* the unit price per square meter, ensuring a fa ir assessment for larger designs.

Our factory has a very good process to ensure the quality of you sign. First of all, our engineers will make a detailed drawing for your check, including size, practice, installation and renderings. Secondly, production pictures of signs will be updated during the process. Thirdly, final pictures will also be sent for double checking before sending. Lastly, any questions after installation, you can give us feedback and our engineers will give a professional solution soon.

Our delivery time is usually 7-10 days and 3 days shipping time by DHL, FedEx, TNT and UPS. If big quantity, we will suggest air shipping(3-5 days, cheaper 20% than express) and sea shipping(25 days).
