Method   of   application:

The  laminating   machine   should   be   completely   cleaned   before  use.

The  temperature   of   the   hot   roll   of   the   laminating   machine   is   raised   to  60-90ºC,   and   the   temperature   of   the   drying   channel   is   raised   to  60-130ºC.

Pour  the   coated   glue   into   the   glue   tank,   start   the   coated   roller   to   apply the   glue   evenly,   and   then   the   film   can   be   coated   without   adding   othersolvents.

If  the   composite   white   plate   paper   coated   with   BOPP   film,   the   adhesive  liquid   does   not   need   to   be   completely   dried,   so   that   it   can   not   be   extruded from   both   sides   of   the   film   through   the   pressing   roller:   printed  ink   products   must be   completely dried.

The  coated   product   can   be   cut   directly,   and   the   peel   strength   can   reach  the   highest   value   after   24  hours.

The  speed   of   the   machine,   the   drying   track,   the   temperature   of   the   hot  roller   and   the   size   of   the   glue   amount   should   be   flexibly   grasped   by   the user   according   to   the   equipment,   the   different   types   of   products   and  the

actual situation.

Packing   and   storage:

Packaging  product   specifications   are   50KG   plastic   drum,   150KG  plastic

drum,  200KG   (plastic   drum),   ton   bag   (plastic  drum).

This  product   should   be   stored   in   a   ventilated   and   dry   room,  prevent

direct  sunlight,   transport   and   storage   at   5-35   ºC   ,   effective  storage

period  from   the   date   of   packaging   for   half   a  year.
