Q1: Can I get some samples?
A: Yes, we can supply free samples , you pay for the shipping cost only.

Q2: How can you guarantee the quality of your products?
A: We will make samples before mass production, and after the sample approved, we'll begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production, then do random inspection before packing.

Q3: What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 1kg. But we can also accept less quantity such as 100g on the condition that the sample charge is 100% paid.

Q4: How to start orders or make payments?
A: PI will be sent first after confirmation of the order, enclosed our bank information. Payment by Paypal, T/T, Western Union, LC are OK.

Q5: How do you treat quality complaint?
A: First of all, our quality control will reduce the quality problem to near zero. If there is a real quality problem caused by us, we will send you free goods for replacement or refund your loss.
