Application:
Isophorone can be used in the fields of--
As a high boiling solvent in paints and varnishes, PVDF resins, insecticide formulations and herbicide;
As levelling agent for polyacrylate, alkyde, epoxy and phenolic resins;
Synthesis intermediate for of IPDA (isophorone diamine) / IPDI (isophorone diisocyanate), 3,5-Xylenol.
