Q1: Are you manufacturer?
A: Yes, We are manufacture since from 2008, is a top 10 factory with good reputation in China.

Q2: If I need sample, could you support?
A: We can provide you with the sample for free, but the delivery charges will be covered by our customers. For avoiding themisunderstanding, it is appreciated if you can provide the International Express Account for Freight Collect. For Die or Tooling or Molding cost should be paid before sending samples.

Q3: What's your MOQ ?
A: 5 metric ton for each order, we advise a large quantity then you can get a lower price.

Q4: What's the wall film of anodizing? Can you do 15 μ m?
A: Our normal thickness is 8~12 μ m. Yes, we can make 15 ~ 25 μ m.

Q5: What color you can do for powder coating? The thickness for powder coating?
A: We can do any color for powder coating as long as you can provide the color sample. Our normally powder coating thickness is 40~120um.

Q6: How do you charge the mold fee? How long will mold be made?
A: Incase we need to open new mold for your required profiles ,the mold cost will be refounded to customers when your order quantity reaches to a certain amount. Usually it will cost about 1~3 days to inspect the drawings or samples, 15 days to make molds and 1~2 days to test the mold. If need, it will be repaired to make it more precise and it may cost 1~3days.
