What's the Air Shower?
Air shower is a kind of area purification equipment with strong versatility, which is installed between clean room and non-clean room. When people and goods pass through the clean area, they need to be blown through the air shower. The clean air blown out can remove the dust carried by people and goods, which can effectively block or reduce the dust source from entering the clean area. The front and rear doors of the air shower/cargo shower room are electronically interlocked, which can also act as an air lock to prevent uncleaned air from entering the clean area.
The air shower is the necessary passage to enter the clean room, which can reduce the pollution problem caused by entering and leaving the clean room.

2. High cleanliness and wind speed: two-stage filtration system with primary and high efficiency filters is adopted, no partition plate with low resistance and high efficiency filters. The filtration efficiency is 99.99% to ensure the clean level. Equipped with all stainless steel multi-angle adjustable nozzle, double volute outer rotor large air volume and low noise fan, the air outlet wind speed of the air nozzle is as high as more than 25 m/s, and the wind speed is more than 18 m/s when blowing on people.
3. Modular structure. The air shower box adopts a modular design scheme, which can be assembled into various lengths of air shower sizes according to actual demand. One air shower is composed of one or multiple air shower units. For large-volume air shower equipment, it can be divided into multiple modules which making production, transportation and installation particularly convenient and fast;
4. High performance and high sealing: Qualified electronic components, stable and reliable operation performance, advanced noise reduction and mute device system with EVA high sealing material.

Structural configuration
1. Automatic control. The single-person single-blowing air shower system adopts PLC intelligent control means. The LED display screen on the control panel can correctly display the running state of air shower, the interlocking state of double doors, the progress of air shower cycle and the delayed opening state. It is also equipped with a photoelectric sensor and a one-way channel air shower room, which enters from the non-clean area. After closing the door, the infrared ray senses the person to blow the shower. After blowing the shower, the entrance is locked and the air shower room can only be walked out of the air shower room from the door;
2. Single-person single-blown air shower main board soft key touch time relay, LED display and set blowing time, adjustable in the range of 10-99s, which can adjust the blowing time according to the difference of the external environment of the air shower room;
