1. Used for the current titration for amines, quaternary ammonium compounds, and potassium.

2. Used as a titrant for amines and NH4Cl in the presence of a potassium-selective electrode.

3. Used as precipitation reagents for K, Pb, Cs, NH4, and alkaloids.

4. Used to prepare stable crystalline N-amide salt ion exchange.

5. Used to make arylene and biaryl compounds with a vinyl or aryl triflate.

6. Precipitation of silver, strontium, copper, potassium, ammonium, strontium and barium.

7. Used for determination of potassium by gravimetric method and titration.
