Material
1) Top: aluminum alloy(3003, 1100) coated with PVDF(good at weather resistance, it can last at least 15 years under ordinary exterior weather) OR PE(also good and economy, can last 8-10 years) roasting paint.
2) Core: fire-retardent materials -- FR A2(not get fire)  or B1
others:broken pe core(when bend, can break in width and length direction), unbreakable pe core(can bend, flexible, like piller and angel).
3) Back: aluminium alloy sheet coated with primer or aluminum skin(mill finish)
4)Surface finish:PVDF/ PE coated, brushed finish,mirror finish, wooden faced, marble faced, nano painting,etc
5) Surface coating thickness :25~30 μm  70% KYNAR 500 PVDF or PET.
