Product Description

Product Overview
The component A (white adhesive) of DF-221 Two-component P U  Adhesive for E PS Composite Panel is made of the self-made polyester, which overcomes many shortcomings of traditional formula: polyether ' s tenacity, its strength and adhesive strength, temperature resistance are not satisfied; pure polyester ' s resistance to heat, and hydrolysis. By this way, the adhesive is of better properties: of superstrong binding power; bonding layer is durable and of good tenacity; stable molecular structure; being not easy to get aging; better temperature tolerance than EPS material; of good resistance to low and high temperature; no adhesive failure at 120ºC .    The component B (black adhesive) is the original material of imported polymeric MDI.

Application
DF-221 is mainly applied in various vertical, horizontal steel sandwich panel laminating machine, for bonding color-steel board (or stainless steel board, pvc plastic board, GFRP plate, etc.) and central layer of EPS board (or rock wool, glass wool, PU panel, etc.).
Of better stability, higher safety factor.

Packaging  and S torage
C omponent A  (belongs to polyol category; be not always light color): shelf life of 6 months; 200-250 kg/iron barrel.
C omponent B (belongs to isocyanate category): shelf life of 3 months; 250 kg/iron barrel.
C omponent A  and c omponent B shall be kept indoor, in dry, cool and sealed environment; not be exposed to sun.
