Medium Strength, thixotripic viscosity

HiGlue 574 is a general purpose gasket product, which seals close-fitting joints between rigid metal faces and flanges. It provides resistance to low pressures immediately after assembly. Excellent water and glycol resistance. Ideal for use on rigid metal parts, water pumps, thermostat housings, transmission pans, transmission case covers, engine cases, timing covers, and translate casings.

HiGlue 574 seals close-fitting joints between rigid metal faces and flanges. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces. It provides resistance to low pressures immediately after assembly. Typically used as a form-in-place gasket on rigid flanged connections. The nature HiGlue 574 reduces the migration of liquid product after application to the substrate. It has a high oil tolerance and excellent water and glycol resistance.

515 flange sealant   is a medium strength (6 N/mm² tensile shear strength), medium cure speed, methacrylate-based industrial gasketing product designed for machined, rigid metal flanges. The product, which cures anaerobically, is suitable for gaps up to 0.25 mm. It is used typically as a form-in-place product for pumps, thermostats, compressors, transmission housings and axle covers.
