Product Description

Delta-Hexalactone is Colorless to light yellow oily liquid with an aroma similar to coconut oil and butterfat, having a burnt and fruity fragrance. Melting point is 31 °C, boiling point is 110 °C - 112 °C (2 kPa). Slightly soluble in water and soluble in ether, ethanol, oil and propylene glycol.
