By safeguarding moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed, it significantly enhances the bonding strength of the leveling layer. This results in a strong adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, effectively resolving common issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, and free from cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. If the surface is loose or shedding sand heavily, this product is not suitable. Shot blasting is necessary. Thoroughly sand the substrate and vacuum before applying the adhesive.

Application Method

 

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure a perfect prep.
>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 based on substrate absorption rate. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring it penetrates completely.
>> For exceptional reinforcement and durability, multiple coats may be applied.
>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready for the application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement, providing a flawless finish.
