DESCRIPTION
         Hisil Nail Free Glue is a high strength multipurpose construction adhesive that forms a strong and lasting bond on most building substrates. It is suitable for most construction materials on bonding and sealing purpose.

PRODUCT FEATURE
  1. Super initial tack and durable high adhesion strength.
  2. Suitable for Wet and dry timber, and it is flexible.
  3. Water & weather resistant.
  4. Easy to use
  5. Easily extrudable at low temperatures.
  6. No drip, sag or stringing

TYPIC APPLICATION
  1. It can be used for sealing a wide variety of interior and exterior surfaces. Such as timber, plasterboard, MDF, particleboard, masonry, concrete, tiles, ceramics, metals, plastics, rubber, glass etc.
  2. Other applicable purposes after compatibility verification.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
  1. Ensure surfaces are free from oil, grease and dust. Wipe off any pooled water from wet timber.
  2. Cut cartridge tip, fit nozzle and cut to desired opening (5mm).
  1. Apply bead along length of joist, stud or batten. On broad flat surfaces apply beads every 40cm.
  2. Position pieces and press firmly together. Fix with sufficient nails, screws or clamping to hold load and achieve contact over total bond area. Repositionable for up to 20 minutes after fitting.
  3. Allow adhesive to set (minimum 8~4hours) before removing any temporary fasteners or clamping. Use with mechanical fasteners in high stress applications.

CONTACT BONDING METHOD
        For immediate bond use contact bond method, apply to one surface only, press together and pull apart. Allow the surfaces to dry 2-5 minutes before firmly joining.

CLEAN UP
      Uncured product may be removed with mineral turpentine. Cured product can be removed by scraping or sanding.

HANDY HINTS
  1. Usually, a strong bond is achieved in 24 hours and continues to strengthen over 2-3 days. Cures in 7 days. Expect longer times for thicker applications, less porous surfaces and in cold weather.
  2. Pre-test plastics to determine compatibility.
  3. Adheres to wet/poor seasoned timber.
  4. Bridges Gaps up to 9mm

TRANSPORT
        Keep away the sealed product from moisture, the sun, high temperature and avoid collisions.

SHELF LIFE & STORAGE
       12~24 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between 0 ºC and 28ºC.

LIMITATIONS
  1. Avoid use in tightly clamped joints eg. Cabinet making or Joinery.
  2. Not for use on mirrors.
  3. Not for metals heated by direct sunlight. Bonds weaken at higher temperatures.
  4. Not for Styrene Foam.
  5. Do not use as the sole bonding agent for structural bonding.
  6. Not for permanent water immersion.
