Main Features
1.The rubber injection machine adopts mechanical sealant head, anti-reverse qlue, anti.drip glue, saving maintenance and replacement of oil seal.
2.Touch screen operation, large memory, can store 300 formula models, at the same timewith square and round two different programs.
3.When adjusting the amount of glue, just operate from the touch screen and change the data.
4.The equipment is equipped with automatic feeding, automatic cleaning, automatic ex-haust gas, automatic color conversion, overpressure alarm.
5.When working, the formula model is changed, and the turntable is automatically ad-justed to the glue spitting position.
6.After the formula is set, the rotating disc can automatically adjust the speed and movingdistance according to the different filter type.
7.Servo motor and precision metering pump, can accurately adjust the amount of glue.
8.The barrel is heated and cooled by constant temperature equipment.
