1. Used as an antioxidant for rubber and gasoline.
2. Photometric determination of phosphorus, magnesium, niobium, copper, silicon and arsenic.
3. It is the raw material for making anthraquinone dyes, azo dyes and medicines.
4. Used as corrosion inhibitor, stabilizer and antioxidant for detergents, and also used in Hair colorants .
5. Mainly used as a photographic developer. Used as a reducing agent for reagents, copper and gold.
6. The hydroquinone is added to the heating and cooling system to slow the corrosion of the metal. When the boiler water preheats oxygen, add hydroquinone, which can remove residual dissolved oxygen.
