Q.1.Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
   We are the manufacturer, but we also have a trading company for export. Our factory founded in 1997,It is an early manufacturer in China with adult diapers and a series of sanitary products production lines 30,000 square meters area ,300 employees,20+ advanced production lines,highest standard dust-free workshop,Quality and reputa tion is our first priority,Now on the basis of improving the factory production line, we are also committed to introducing better services and technologies to improve the trade service system.
Q.2.What is your MOQ?
   Usually our MOQ is 1*20GP Container, but not always.For new customers we have some tolerance.For OEM service, the MOQ is based on the quality you request(whether you need to have your own design for back sheet,whether you have special specification requests and etc). 
Q.3.What is your delivery date?                                                                                                                    
   For standard size delivery date is about 5-15 days after receipt of payment.For OEM service,about 20-30 days for adjust produce lines completed.
Q.4.What are your payment terms?
   30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment.
Q.5.May I can get free samples firstly?
   Yes, free samples can be offered, you side just need to pay the express fee. Or You can provide your account number from international express company, like DHL, UPS & FedEx , address & telephone number. Or you can call your courier to pick up at our factory directly.
