Product Description

4-Fluorophenol is a light yellow crystalline solid at normal temperature and pressure. It has significant acidity. Affected by the strong electron-withdrawing property of fluorine atoms, its acidity is much greater than that of pure phenol. 4-Fluorophenol can react with acids or bases to generate corresponding salts. It can undergo oxidation reaction under the action of oxidants to generate corresponding phenolphthalein compounds.
