Product Description

4-Heptanolide is colorless liquid, slightly oily. It has a coconut aroma and a malt and caramel-like sweetness. The boiling point is 151°C and the flash point is 50°C. Miscible in ethanol and most non-volatile oils, extremely difficult to dissolve in water.
