This grade is optimized for polyurethane foam production, offering a balance of flexibility and load-bearing capacity. Its low viscosity (200-300 mPa·s) ensures easy mixing with isocyanates, reducing processing energy consumption. PPG MW3000 is widely used in coatings and adhesives due to its excellent compatibility with resins and fillers, enhancing film-forming properties and adhesion. Produced under strict quality control (moisture ≤0.1%, acidity ≤0.05 mgKOH/g), it meets industrial standards for stability and performance.
