Glycidyl 12-14 alkyl ether (also known as C12-14 alkyl polyoxyethylene ether or glycidyl) is a colourless to pale yellow liquid. It is a surfactant with many important applications.

Glycidyl 12-14 alkyl ether has the following key properties:
Nonionic surfactant: because it is a polyoxyethylene ether compound formed by linking glycidol with alkyl alcohols of 12-14 carbon atoms.
Polar solvent: it has a certain solubility in water and can be soluble with many organic compounds.
Good wetting agent: it can improve the distribution of the liquid on the solid surface and improve the wetting performance of the liquid.
Excellent controllability: it can be adjusted by the number of oxygen atoms on the polyoxyethylene ether chain to obtain the desired physical properties.
