HOW DO I INSTALL THE PANEL ?

There are 3 different options for installing our panels.

1. Option 1: Gluing straight onto the wall.
   
   We highly recommend using a construction glue or grab adhesive for this method to ensure a secure bond.
2. Option 2: Screwing directly into the wall.
   
   Use black screws for the black backing option, or silver/grey screws for the grey-backed option. Screw directly into the wall through the acoustic felt for a firm hold.
   
   For best results, use at least 9 screws per panel, spaced evenly across the width, and 800mm down the length of the panel.
   
   If installing on ceilings, ensure the screws go into ceiling joists for maximum stability.
   
   Ensure the proper fixings are used when attaching to plasterboard or other materials.
3. Option 3: Screwing the panels into 45mm timber batons.
   
   For optimal sound absorption, screw 45mm timber batons to the wall first, then attach the panels through the acoustic felt.
   
   To achieve Class A sound absorption, consider placing materials such as Rockwool behind the panels and between the batons.

What's the lead time ?

Our panels are typically in stock for immediate delivery within 5-10 days. If a new production run is necessary, the lead time extends to 2-3 weeks. Contact us at the time of order for precise confirmation.
