1.   It   is   a low viscosity, fast   curing single component  c y anoacrylate Adhesive.

2.   It   is   specifically   for difficult   to bond substrates, particularly   suitable for bonding   plastic or rubber (EPDM   ) parts, where very   fast   fixing   is   required.
3.   It   is   a one-component   , solvent-free system and cures without use of  ataly st   , heat   or clamps.
4.   When a thin layer applied between two surfaces comes   into contact   with   atmospheric moisture,   a rapid polymerization occurs producing   the   ultimate   bond.

APPLICATIONS
1.   It   is   specially   formulated to achieve a strong   bond between well-mated, surfaces, such   as   rubber, metals, plastics,   glass,   etc.
2.   It   is   ideal for ideal for fixing   precious   and semi-precious   stones   in   jeweler.
3.   It   is widely   used in manufacturing   of   acrylic gift   items, POP materials   and table top   display   items.
4.   It   is useful for repairs   of   domestic electrical appliances   like mixture, grinders, irons, etc.

USABLE LIFE   AND STORAGE
12 months in unopened packages in a cool and dry   storage place at   temperatures   between   +5  °C  and   27  °C , humidity   between   30%   and 70%.
 Optimal storage is   at   the lower half   of   this temperature range and humidity   range.
To prevent   contamination of   unused product   , do not return any   material to its   original container.


LIMITATIONS  

Not suited for prolonged submersion  i n water or below-grade applications
Not suitable for surfaces that might bleed   oils, plasticizers   or   solvents, or porous   surfaces   such   as   cement like materials,
stone   or   surfaces prone   to   attack   by   weak   acids
May   not   cure   properly   if used   in   spaces   confined   from   atmospheric   moisture
May   cause   corrosion   on some   brass, copper, zinc   or   zinc   alloy-containing   fixtures(galvanized)
Not  for  use   where   abrasion   and   physical   abuse   are   encountered

USABLE LIFE   AND STORAGE:
  Store below 90F(32ºC) in a dry place. JOINTSEAL General Purpose Silicone Sealant has a usable life of 12 months from  date   of manufacture.
