We Series High Efficiency Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor   Ingress protection
The WE series comes standard with protection grade IP55, and can be customized to IP56, IP65, IP66 and other protection grades according to customer needs.
The protection level of the shell is mainly to prevent the human body from getting electric shock or getting close to the live parts or rotating parts in the shell, to prevent solid foreign bodies from entering and to prevent harmful effects caused by water and oil ingress. The codes and meanings of the protection forms are as follows:

Cooling method

WE series adopts F-class insulation, and the temperature rise is assessed according to B-class.Nano-insulating impregnation resin can be selected to further improve the life in complex power supply environment and use environment.
In order to operate reliably, the motor needs to be isolated by insulating materials between the live parts and the shell or between the live parts, and the service life of the insulating materials is closely related to its own insulation level and operating temperature.As an energy conversion or signal conversion element, the motor itself has energy loss during operation, and some of the energy losses cause its own temperature to rise. Under normal conditions, the insulation grade, the maximum service limit temperature and the temperature rise limit of the motor measured by resistance method meet the requirements of the following table. Within this temperature rise limit, the motor should be able to work normally.

Bearings are easily worn parts in motor products, and their use and maintenance status is closely related to the life of bearings. Bearings should be maintained regularly and grease replaced.If the damaged bearings are not replaced in time, it is easy to cause the motor to burn.Under the load within the allowable range, the design life of the bearing of the motor meets: at least 20,000 hours for 2-pole motors and at least 30,000 hours for 4-pole and 6-pole motors (referring to the life of the motor under normal operation at 50Hz and normal maintenance as required).
