1QC Slide Gate Plate Drawing:

SNREF Slide Gate Plate adopts High quality bauxite material , also takes tabular alumina, carbonaceous material and zirconia-containing material as main raw materials, adds in high performance antioxidants, uses phenolic resin as binder, formed under high-pressure and burned under high temperature. The slide plates have the advantages of high strength, good erosion resistance, thermal shock resistance and good stability etc., mainly used in large and medium-sized ladle.

1.Collector Nozzles
Adopting tabular corundum, white corundum, mullite as main materials.Choosing good anti-oxidation flake graphite as carbon source, adding aluminum metal powder, silicon metal powder and other additives to increase high temperature performance.Using phenolic resin as bonding which obtains high solid content and high carbon residue.Integrated with steel can to forming or shaping separately under high temperature.
With features of good volume stability, excellent thermal shock resistance, high temperature crushing resistance, anti-erosion, low rate of bore expanding, long service life and wide range application.
 2.Ladle Nozzles
Adopting tabular corundum, white corundum, silicon carbide, metal aluminium, high quality magnesite as main materials. Choosing good anti-oxidation flake graphite as carbon source, adding small amount antioxidant to increase oxidation resistance. Using phenolic resin as bonding which obtains high solid content and high carbon residue.After forming and shaping, process pitch impregnation according to using conditions.
With features of good thermal shock resistance, high temperature strength, anti-erosion, anti-scouring, long service life and wide range application.
