Product Description

High alumina carbon refractory ladle upper nozzle

 

Adopting tabular corundum, white corundum, silicon carbide, metal aluminium, high quality magnesite as main materials. Choosing good anti-oxidation flake graphite as carbon source, adding small amount antioxidant to increase oxidation resistance. Using phenolic resin as bonding which obtains high solid content and high carbon residue.After forming and shaping, process pitch impregnation according to using conditions.

With features of good thermal shock resistance, high temperature strength, anti-erosion, anti-scouring, long service life and wide range application.

Features: Excellent thermal shock resistance, stable performance, good corrosion and erosion resistance, strong cracking resistance etc.

It is divided in two series of low carbon and medium carbon, and low carbon series has the lower carbon content,so especially suit for metallurgy low carbon steel. Medium carbon series is suit for widely type of steel.

With features of good volume stability, excellent thermal shock resistance, high temperature crushing resistance, anti-erosion, low rate of bore expanding, long service life and wide range application.
