It has low acidity (0.026 mg KOH/g) and moisture (0.029%), ensuring good storage stability and compatibility with polymers. As a halogen-phosphorus composite flame retardant, it is widely used in polyurethane foam (building insulation, furniture), PVC, and rubber products, effectively inhibiting combustion by forming a carbon layer and releasing flame-retardant gases. Its density (1.291 g/cm³ at 20ºC) and viscosity (68 mPa.s at 25ºC) meet industrial processing requirements, making it a mainstream additive in the flame-retardant industry
