4.Fluff pulp+5.SAP:  Main absorbent part, quickly lock wetness and odor. SAP option:  US sap, Japan sap, Korea sap, China sap..
6. Tissue paper:  Two layers tissue paper wrap pulp and SAP core and prevent fault;
7. Waterproof PE film:  Prevent liquid from leaking on bottom. We can print your own design on the PE film and make the diaper beautiful.
8. Breathable nonwoven backsheet:  Allow air to come and go to prevent red hips;
9. Wetness indicator:  Indicate the diaper is wet. Color option: blue, yellow, green, or customized.
10. Fontal landing tape:   Hold the side tape to make it easily open and close.
Frontal tape option:No frontal tape, PP frontal tape, Velcro frontal tape.
11. Side tapes:  to refasten and adjust diaper ' s closure angle. Side tape option: PP side tape, velcro side tape, S-cut velcro side tape.
12. Elastic waitband:   Make diapers fitted to body better. It can be added to both front and back;
13: Elastic leg cuff:  Make diaper close to leg skin to prevent leakage;
14: Hot melt adhesive:  structural adhesive, stick all part together.

Q2:Can you do our brand on the diaper and package?
Yes.  We can implement any ideas you have for your own brand of adult diaper and package.   You just provide us your design with .ai or .psd format, then we will open printing plate mould here, then with the printing mould we can print diapers and color bags with your design.
Q3:What is the MOQ?
It depends on different products and size. Normally, our MOQ is 1*40HQ container mixed with 3 sizes, but for the initial order, our MOQ is 1*20ft container mixed with 2 sizes as a trial order.
Q4: What is the delivery time?
The goods will be delivered in around 25-35days after deposit payment and artwork confirmed.

Q5: Can I get free samples?
Yes, we can send you some free samples, you only need to pay the air freight. Or you can provide your account number from international express company, like DHL, UPS & FedEx, address & telephone number,or you can call your courier to pick up at our factory directly.

Q6: Can I visit your factory?
Yes, we welcome you to visit our factory, just let us know in advance and we will arrange the trip. 

Q7: What is your payment terms?
30%TT deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment.
