5, Processing and heat treatment suggestions
Heat treatment process:
Recommend quenching (830-860 ºC oil cooling) followed by high-temperature tempering (550-650 ºC) to refine grain size and optimize strength and toughness;
Welding process:
Preheat to 200-300 ºC and use low hydrogen welding rods to reduce the risk of welding cracks;
Surface treatment:
Carbonization or nitriding can improve surface hardness and wear resistance, and is suitable for friction components such as gears.
