Vermiculite brick is a fireproof product made   from vermiculite and treated for use in a variety of ways. It is often used as firebrick, shelves for kilns in which things like ceramics are fired and hardened, and in industries that work with substances like molten metal and glass. Vermiculite brick also provides   insulation and deadens sound.  

Application:

Vermiculite brick   can also be used for Aluminum reduction cell.It has good resistance to CO and CH4 atmosphere, and it is difficult to be infiltrated by liquid aluminum, cryolite and fluoride.

Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.
