The air shower is a necessary passage to enter the clean room, which can reduce the pollution problems caused by entering and leaving the clean room. Installing a fully functional "air lock" at the entrance of the clean room can reduce the number of air pollution particles. When people and goods pass through the air shower, the pollution particles are ejected by highly clean air that has been efficiently filtered. The high wind speed of over 25m/s ensures that the effective jet and drifting particles are basically filtered out through the primary and high-efficiency two-stage filters. To ensure the safe use of the air shower and maintain the cleanliness of the cleanroom environment.
1.When entering a clean and dust-free room, one should take off their outerwear in the outer changing room and remove items such as watches, mobile phones and accessories.
2. Enter the inner changing room and put on a clean and dust-free suit, cap, mask and gloves.
3. After opening the stainless steel air shower door and entering the air shower room, the outer door of the air shower door will immediately close automatically. With infrared sensing, the air shower will start automatically and blow for 15 seconds.
