All our products are tested every 2 hours, and sub-standard products are allowed to leave the factory.

ChoiceChem only uses high-quality packages, and we always pack the cargo after it has cooled off totally to avoid expansion.
 
The cargo can be loaded directly in our factory, whole the loading process can be inspected by our in-house supervisors.
 
2.    What Is Your Delivery Time?
 
(1) Our delivery time is regularly updated according to the level of orders every day.
 
(2) Our current output is 300MT daily. This allows most cargo orders to be delivered within 7 to 10 days usually.
If it is China, where Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine (CIQ) inspection of cargo is needed, an extra 1 week will be required for applying and accepting CIQ inspection.
 
If you need an OEM package, colorful package, or need  to engrave (for printing), we will need around 5 to 7 days for this.
 
Also, printing bags need around 1 to 3 days, and domestic transportation will require around 3 to 5 days, so an extra 2 weeks will be needed.
 
For the black color marks package and to engrave (for printing), we will need around 1 to 2 days for this. Printing bags need around 1 to 3 days, and domestic transportation for this will also require around 3 to 5 days, so an extra 7 to 10 days will be needed;

3.   How Do You Make Sure That Delivery Is On Time?
 
(1) Our output is 300MT daily, which usually allows for most cargo orders to be delivered within 7 to 10 days.
 
(2) ChoiceChem's average rate of on-time deliveries has remained above  98.9%  for the past 3 years. This level of consistency is what makes us unique and our reputation for being very dependable is solid.

(3) We also guarantee that if delivery is not made in time, we will provide compensation at the rate of  0.25%  of the contract amount per week till it is delivered.

2. Our goods storage period is less than 3 days, to maintain the freshness of the goods.
